Description
A Langham Glass figurine of an elephant, hand-made from dark grey glass with a dense, mottled internal speckle effect. The stylised form features an upward-turned trunk, large ears, and a smooth, rounded body. The base is flat-ground and bears an etched mark reading ‘LANGHAM ENGLAND’, though surface scratches partially obscure the characters. A worn rectangular clear adhesive label is present on the elephant’s back, which appears to be a manufacturer’s brand sticker, although the text is not clearly legible. This piece was designed for Langham Glass by Paul Miller.

Condition report:
The figurine is in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or structural repairs to the trunk or ears. The flat-ground base shows significant surface scratching and scuffing from contact with surfaces (photo 4), consistent with age and use.
