Lot 187:
Description
A collection of action figures and memorabilia including examples by Hasbro. The group features several large-scale figures, including a Darth Maul figure in black fabric robes and a Luke Skywalker figure in a Tatooine style cream fabric tunic with a brown belt. The assortment includes a princess Leia figure in an Endor style green camouflage poncho, a Phase I white plastic Clone Trooper, and a Ponda Baba style figure in an orange fabric jacket. Also present is a large gold-toned C-3PO figure with a corresponding R2-D2. Notable accessories include two decorative cylindrical tins, one featuring a Darth Vader bust and the other a Jar Jar Binks bust. A black metal water bottle is included in its original packaging, which bears a printed Hasbro logo and an image of the character Rey. The lot also features a black fabric messenger bag with an adjustable strap, decorated with a silver-toned print of a Dalek and a circular Doctor Who logo.
Condition report:
The items are in a loose, played-with condition with visible surface dust across the majority of the figures (photo 1). The fabric components, particularly on the Luke Skywalker and Darth Maul figures, show light fraying and shelf wear at the edges (photo 3). Several figures appear to be missing original hand-held accessories such as lightsaber blades. The black fabric of the messenger bag exhibits light surface marking and dust (photo 4). The plastic components of the stormtrooper figures show some minor scuffing and discolouration consistent with use (photo 2).
