Description
A collection of costume jewellery and collectible enamel pins featuring various figural and decorative designs. The assortment includes character pins such as a Disney Goofy pin and a Minnie Mouse pin with heart-shaped eyes, as well as multiple Cottonsocks lamb pins, with one in its original card packaging reading Cottonsocks No. 12 Collectable Pin Badge. Other figural pins comprise a yellow duckling, a grey heron, a marcasite style cat, and a smiling sun pin with moveable eyes. The lot further contains an assortment of butterfly-themed items, including three large brooches in green, pink, and stained-glass style enamel, alongside three stick pins featuring butterfly and floral motifs. Decorative pieces include a large gold-tone openwork geometric wreath brooch, a shell cameo pendant in a silver-tone filigree frame, and a circular black brooch with a pink floral design. Additional items include a silver-tone cherub and carriage brooch, a small sailing ship pin, and a copper-tone bypass bangle with faceted glass terminals. An embroidered floral fabric brooch remains in its original clear packaging.
Condition report:
The collection is in generally good used condition. Minor enamel loss is visible on the edges of the yellow shoe-shaped pins (photo 5) and the daffodil stick pin (photo 4). All stones appear present in the green butterfly brooch (photo 6) and the black flower brooch (photo 5). The Goofy pin shows slight surface wear to the enamel (photo 6). The shell cameo appears intact within its frame (photo 2).
