The group features a heavy ovoid vase in translucent blue with internal swirls of black and gold-coloured inclusions, bearing a clear adhesive label reading MDINA GLASS MALTA with a castle and cross icon. Also included is a stylized amber-coloured glass bird ornament, with an incised mark to the base reading WEDGWOOD ENGLAND. The collection further comprises a large hand-blown fish figure with a maroon, white, and blue swirled body and applied clear fins; a small mottled pink and white glass vase with a label reading Handmade Glass from Scotland; a clear glass dolphin figure containing layered multi-coloured sand with a base label for Sands of Cornwall by Beaches Ltd; a purple frosted glass tea light globe decorated with a gold-glittered village scene and the word France; and a small clear glass creamer with enamelled poppy decoration. The lot is completed by a St Michael Rhapsody atomiser in hand-cut 30% lead crystal, featuring a gold-tone spray head and pink fabric tassel, housed in its printed presentation box.
Condition report:
The items are in good overall condition with no visible chips or cracks. The large fish ornament has a rough pontil mark to the underside (photo 7) which is a result of the manufacturing process. The atomiser box shows some minor shelf wear and creasing at the edges (photo 1). No other defects are visible in the provided photographs.
