Lot 137:
Description
A large wall mirror of rounded form, featuring a wide solid wood frame with a dark-stained finish and prominent natural grain. The frame is constructed with a flat profile and a bevelled interior edge that secures the glass. The mirror glass itself is finished with a bevelled edge to the perimeter. Although no manufacturer’s marks or stamps are present on the frame or glass, the reverse is backed with a composite board. This lot comprises the mirror only; the shelving unit, plush toys, books, and other interior items shown in the reflection are not included in the sale.
Condition report:
The wooden frame shows visible signs of age and wear, with various scuffs, scratches, and small areas of finish loss concentrated around the outer edges and the lower section. The mirror glass remains intact without visible cracks or chips, though it displays surface dust and light marks consistent with use.
