Description
A Polaroid CD Micro System with iPhone or iPod docking, model number KS-3388F. The unit is finished in gloss black plastic and features a top-loading compact disc player, an integrated FM radio tuner, and a docking station for legacy Apple devices. The front panel includes a digital display and physical control buttons for Standby/Source, Volume, FM ST/MO, and Open/Close. The system is accompanied by two matching black speakers with fabric grilles and a Polaroid-branded remote control.
The rear of the unit bears an adhesive manufacturer’s label reading ‘Polaroid’, ‘CD Micro System with iPhone or iPod Docking’, ‘Model No.:KS-3388F’, ‘Power Source:DC IN 7.5V EXTERNAL’, ‘Consumption:2A’, ‘Frequency Range: FM 87.5-108 MHz’, ‘Batch No.:05/28/12’, and ‘Site:5A.07.12.110’. Additionally, the rear features a yellow ‘CLASS 1 LASER PRODUCT’ sticker and a circular white ‘Q.C. PASSED’ sticker. The system includes a UK 3-pin plug power adapter and an integrated wire antenna.
Condition report:
The unit shows significant dust accumulation across the upper surfaces and within the rear cooling vents (photo 2). There are light surface scratches to the gloss finish consistent with handling. A small pink adhesive remnant is visible on the front panel to the left of the disc logo (photo 1). The speaker fabric appears intact. The system is offered in an untested condition.
