Description

A trio of gentlemen’s wristwatches of varying styles and periods. The collection includes a contemporary stainless steel Rolex style Submariner diver’s watch featuring a black dial and a green unidirectional rotating bezel. The dial is marked with a crown device and text reading ROLEX OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE, SUBMARINER, 1000ft=3000m, and SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED. The watch is fitted with an integrated oyster style three-link bracelet with a crown device on the folding clasp.

Also included is a Bradford Exchange gold tone WWI commemorative chronograph. The cream dial is marked LEST WE FORGET, 100 YEARS, and 1914-2018 with three sub-dials and Roman numeral markers. This watch is presented in its original cardboard box with an instruction booklet titled 100TH ANNIVERSARY WWI COMMEMORATIVE WATCH.

The third item is a vintage Ingersoll manual wind wristwatch. The champagne tone dial is marked INGERSOLL, 7 JEWELS, and SHOCKPROOF, featuring Arabic numerals at the quarters and a red-tipped sweep seconds hand. It is fitted with a gold tone mesh expansion bracelet, the clasp of which is stamped STAINLESS STEEL.

Condition report:

The Rolex style watch shows significant wear with scratches visible on the crystal, bezel, and bracelet (photo 6). The luminous pearl at the 12 o\'clock position on the bezel is missing or discoloured (photo 6). There is green adhesive residue on the case back (photo 7). The Bradford Exchange watch appears in good condition and is possibly unworn, housed on its presentation cushion (photo 4). The Ingersoll watch shows age-related wear including spotting and patina to the dial and wear to the gold plating on the lugs and crown (photo 2). All watches are sold as unverified for working order.
