Description
A collection of vintage toys, puzzles, and household linens. The lot includes two Funky Furby electronic plush toys by Tiger Electronics; one is purple with teal accents and the other is light pink with yellow and green accents. Both feature long multicolored tails and plastic beaks. The pink model bears a fabric tag reading FUNKY FURBY TIGER ELECTRONICS 62169 Funky Furby © 2006 Hasbro. Construction toys are represented by a grey and red Mega Bloks storage tub and a clear plastic Tesco freezer bag containing assorted plastic building bricks, including pieces from a Batman set with a partial instruction manual.
The lot also features a large assortment of boxed 1000-piece cardboard jigsaw puzzles by Corner Piece Puzzles, with titles including Naughty Puppies, Postcards from USA, The Old Steam Train, Fun on the River, Village Fayre, Carnaby Street, The Puzzle Shop, Tiger Sanctuary, Vintage Typewriter, Toy Shop, Winter Garden, and Mischievous Pups. Media items include a Wildlife Diary 8 DVD Collectors Edition set and a Star Wars decorative tin featuring Darth Vader, which contains a storybook and activity book. Two bundles of vintage household textiles are included: one set of eight assorted tea towels with floral and geometric designs, and a white tea towel featuring a red and yellow logo for Del Monte.
Condition report:
The items are in used condition. Both Funky Furby toys show matting to the plush fur (photos 1, 4, 6 and 7); mechanical functionality is untested. The jigsaw puzzle boxes exhibit various degrees of shelf wear, scuffing, and corner bumping, with several boxes taped shut (photos 1, 2 and 3); internal completeness is unverified. The Mega Bloks storage tub and lid show surface scratches and wear consistent with use (photos 1 and 5). The building blocks in the plastic bag are loose and unsorted (photo 5). Household linens appear to be in good condition, and the eight-piece set remains in its original plastic packaging with a handwritten label (photo 1).
