Description
A Milleidee Jet Food Eis commercial ice cream sandwich press constructed from AISI 304 micropeened stainless steel. This industrial kitchen appliance features a clamshell design supported by dual gas-assisted struts, opening to reveal two circular heating wells lined with no-stick Excalibur coating. The unit is designed to seal warm bread or brioche around a cold ice cream centre. A digital control panel is situated at the front, featuring a blue and white graphic reading ice cream and the Jet Food logo, with buttons for temperature, start, and timed adjustments. The exterior casing bears a Caution Hot adhesive warning label. The lot includes the original technical specification sheet from Mille Idee, Via S. Condition report:
The item is in a used condition with significant wear to the internal heating plates. Large areas of the black non-stick coating are scratched and worn away, revealing the lighter metal beneath across both cavities (photo 2). The stainless steel exterior displays surface scuffs, light grime, and minor scratches consistent with commercial use (photo 1). The unit is housed in its original cardboard box, which is heavily worn with significant tears and structural damage to the flaps (photo 1). The control panel overlay and buttons appear intact without visible cracking (photo 3).
