Description
A collection of jigsaw puzzles and board games, primarily produced by British manufacturers. The group includes several puzzles by Falcon, such as a 1000-piece Gallery puzzle, a 750-piece Portrait puzzle depicting Henry VIII, and a Christmas Wishes double-pack by Kim Jacobs containing two 1000-piece puzzles. Other manufacturers represented include Chad Valley with a 2000-piece puzzle, House of Puzzles (HOP) with a Workers’ Playtime set, and King with a 500-plus piece circular Still Life puzzle. The assortment also features an Ingham Day game titled Ludo & Snakes & Ladders. The items are constructed from printed cardboard and are housed in their original retail boxes, featuring various themes such as landscape art, historical portraiture, and wildlife.
Condition report:
The collection is in used condition with visible shelf wear to the packaging. The Falcon Gallery box shows surface paper tearing and adhesive tape residue (photo 1). The Ingham Day Ludo & Snakes & Ladders box displays significant yellowing, scuffing to the edges, and corner crushing consistent with age (photo 4). General scuffing, edge wear, and minor surface staining are present across several other boxes in the lot (photos 2 and 6). The completeness of the internal puzzle pieces and game components has not been verified.
