Description
A collection of mahogany and wooden furniture pieces comprising several items of varying forms and utility. The assortment includes a square mahogany games table featuring an inlaid checkerboard top supported by four cabriole legs. A tall, rectangular mahogany washstand style side table is included, fitted with a hinged lid that opens to reveal a blue quilted fabric-lined interior. The collection further features a square mahogany wooden storage box with an inset leather style panel to the hinged lid and sides, and a mahogany finished wooden magazine rack with decorative clover-shaped cut-outs to the side panels. Additional items include a circular three-legged occasional table and a dark brown circular tiered composite stool. No manufacturer or retailer marks are visible on the pieces. One item bears an adhesive paper label to the top reading M1282W.
Condition report:
The games table shows surface wear and light scratching to the finish on the inlaid top (photo 6). The tall side table exhibits visible scratches and finish loss on the top surface, and the blue fabric lining is frayed at the interior edges (photo 5). The square storage box is fitted with modern metal hinges and appears to have a clean interior (photo 3). The magazine rack shows minor scuffing to the base (photo 1). No other significant defects are visible in the photographs.
