Description
A vintage foot-to-floor ride-on toy car constructed from red molded plastic with metal components. The car features a rounded, stylised body reminiscent of mid-20th century automotive design, equipped with four wheels featuring white hubcaps and black tyres. The interior contains a textured plastic seat and a white plastic three-spoke steering wheel. The steering mechanism utilizes metal rods connected to the front axle for direct directional control. A circular logo is present on the centre of the steering wheel, featuring a red ground with the printed white text LITTLE TIKES. The rear of the vehicle bears a rectangular recessed section and a partially legible embossed mark on the lower bumper area, though the characters are too worn to be transcribed. There is a small white adhesive label on the rear panel with the handwritten inventory code A562C.
Condition report:
The red plastic body displays significant play wear throughout, including heavy scuffing and deep scratching to the front bumper (photo 1) and rear panel (photo 5). There is general surface grime and ingrained dirt across the chassis. The white plastic steering wheel shows yellowing and surface staining (photo 2). Structural metal components, including the front and rear axles and the steering linkages, exhibit visible surface oxidation and rust (photo 4). The wheels show wear to the tyre treads, and the metal centre caps on the hubcaps are affected by surface rust (photo 2). The original decorative decals are absent.
