Condition report:
The vinyl record sleeves show signs of age-related wear, including shelf wear to edges, corner bumping, and some creasing (photo 1). Several LPs are stored in protective plastic outer sleeves. The vinyl discs have not been inspected out of their sleeves for individual grading. The Elvis Monthly magazines show signs of age-related toning, minor spine wear, and corner curling (photo 2), but remain generally intact.
