Description
A collection of four framed wall decorations comprising two prints by Folland and two large-format panoramic photographic prints. The first print is a landscape, executed in a mid-century style with a palette of greys, blues, and browns, depicting a winter village scene with a stone bridge and a church spire. It is signed FOLLAND in the lower left corner and is housed in a light-coloured wood frame with a silver-toned inner slip. The second print is a city landscape, depicting a river scene under a hazy, sunset sky with expressive, textured brushwork. This work is signed FOLLAND in the lower right corner and is mounted in a wide, orange-brown fabric-covered frame with a gold-toned inner border.
The first photographic print is a panoramic view of Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives, featuring the Dome of the Rock. It is mounted with a cream-coloured mat in a thin gold-toned metal frame. The second photographic print depicts the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau mountains in the Swiss Alps. This print includes a printed logo and text in the lower-left corner reading Bahnen der Jungfrau-Region / Chemins de fer Region de la Jungfrau / Ferrovie Regione della Jungfrau / Railways of the Jungfrau Region, followed by Japanese characters. Both prints are similarly framed in gold-toned metal.
