Lot 326:
Description
This lot comprises two contemporary office storage units and a set of chairs, finished in a light wood beech style laminate. The storage units consist of a three-drawer pedestal chest and a twin-door cabinet, both featuring rounded edge detailing to the top panels and curved silver-toned D-handle hardware. The accompanying chairs are constructed with bentwood seats and backrests mounted on tubular chrome-plated metal frames. While the visual characteristics are consistent with commercial-grade modular office furniture, no manufacturer’s marks or labels are readable on the pieces. A small white adhesive inventory label is visible on the top corner of the drawer unit and the front edge of the cabinet base. This lot comprises the storage units and chairs only; the puzzles, boxes, and other interior items shown on the shelving in the background are not included.
Condition report:
The furniture is in good overall condition consistent with office use. The laminate surfaces show minor surface wear and light scuffing (photo 1). The drawer and door hardware appears functionally sound. The chrome-plated chair frames are bright and show no significant pitting or oxidation (photo 1). A small dark mark or blemish is visible on the seat of the uppermost chair (photo 1).
