Description
A commercial dual-cavity heated bun and ice cream sandwich press by JET Food. The unit is constructed from a stainless steel housing with a hinged lid supported by twin gas struts. The interior features two circular black-coated cooking plates, each containing a dual cavity designed to accommodate items approximately 10 cm in diameter. The front of the machine is fitted with a digital control panel featuring a red LED display, a green button with a temperature symbol, a blue Start button, and adjustment controls. The control panel is marked JET Food and Ice Cream in a stylized script. The unit is powered by a standard UK 3-pin Type G plug for 230V operation. The gas struts bear labels reading VAPSINT, Cod. 136 100 N, and DAL SANTO 06/08. This lot is accompanied by original instructional documentation titled ISTRUZIONI PER RIPARAZIONI, which also displays a CE mark.
Condition report:
The unit is in used condition with visible carbonised buildup and oil residue across the internal black cooking plates (photo 2). The stainless steel exterior exhibits surface scratches, scuffs, and localized staining consistent with commercial use (photo 1). The digital control interface shows minor surface wear to the overlay, though remains unpunctured (photo 3). Both gas struts appear mechanically intact and functional. Electrical functionality has not been tested.
