Description
This lot comprises a Jet Food Milleidee commercial thermal press designed for sealing gelato or ice cream inside brioche buns. The unit is constructed from brushed stainless steel with a heavy-duty chassis and features two gas-strut assisted hinges for the lid mechanism. The interior houses two circular, black non-stick heating platens, enabling the simultaneous production of two sandwiches.
