Description
A pair of Wharfedale Diamond 9.0 bookshelf loudspeakers featuring a black ash-effect wood grain finish. The cabinets are constructed with a curved profile, fitted with black fabric grilles that carry a silver-tone maker’s badge to the lower edge. The rear of each unit features a circular terminal cup with a single pair of red and black binding posts and dual threaded mounting apertures. A white adhesive label on the rear of one unit is printed with Wharfedale Diamond 9.0, Nominal Impedance 6 Ohms, Power Handling 75W, and Serial No. D90014373 BW. This lot includes the original cardboard shipping carton, which is printed in red and black with the manufacturer’s name and model, and carries a black adhesive sticker reading MADE IN CHINA. Also present is the original stapled paper instruction manual titled Diamond 9 Series Instruction Manual, which covers models ranging from the 9.0 to the SW 250 subwoofer.
Condition report:
The loudspeakers appear to be in generally sound condition with some light surface wear and minor spotting visible to the black fabric grilles (photo 3). The cabinets show typical light handling wear to the edges and corners (photo 4). The original cardboard box is in heavily worn condition with significant structural compression, tearing, and multiple layers of aged adhesive packing tape (photo 2). The instruction manual shows light creasing and handling wear to the covers (photo 1).
