Description
A collection of sterling silver jewellery and assorted components, predominantly in original retail packaging. The group includes several pairs of hoop earrings in various sizes with smooth, twisted, and diamond-cut finishes. Decorative stud and drop earrings feature Yin-Yang motifs, faux pearls, green cloisonne style floral beads, and blue and white ceramic beads. The collection also includes a ring set with a cluster of small clear stones, possibly cubic zirconia or crystals.
The items are accompanied by various printed and handwritten retail labels. Black card packaging is printed “Singles / Sterling Silver / Made in England”, while white card backing is printed “STERLING SILVER / MADE IN ENGLAND” and “Sterling Silver / MADE IN GT. BRITAIN”. Blue pouches are printed “men / STERLING SILVER”. Additionally, the lot contains a quantity of loose sterling silver findings including earring scrolls and ear hooks housed in small plastic bags. Some components are presented in clear acrylic display boxes.
Condition report:
The collection appears to be in unused condition, consistent with new-old-stock. Natural atmospheric tarnish is visible on several silver components, particularly evident on the loose earring scrolls (photo 4) and some larger hoop earrings (photo 1). The retail packaging and acrylic boxes show minor shelf wear and some adhesive residue from pricing labels (photo 2).
